Can I amend the order after I pay?Unfortunately not. Once payment has been made, your order goes into production, and no changes can be made. However, if you've made a mistake with measurements (for example), contact us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?While damages are rare, they do happen occasionally. If your order arrives damaged, all we need is a photo of the damaged item(s) and the specification in writing within 2 working days, and we will send you replacements free of charge.
