Can I get a refund if I don't like the doors?
If your doors are made-to-measure, or if you've ordered doors with hinge holes drilled, we are unable to issue a refund.
If your doors are not made-to-measure, you can cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery (in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations). If any of your items have arrived faulty or damaged, notify us in writing within 2 working days of delivery. We will need a photo of the damage in order to organise a replacement or a refund.
