What are your doors made of?The majority of our doors are made from 18mm-thick MDF, with either a vinyl wrap or an acrylic PVC finish. Please see the individual door specification for more details. Sustainability is important to us, and you can read more about this here.

My cabinets are a non-standard size - can you still make the doors for me?Of course! We have a variety of made-to-measure door ranges, so as long as we receive your order with the measurements in millimetres, your doors can be made to the exact sizes you need.
-
Can you make a door to match my own design? With approximately 2,000 style & colour combinations, we're fairly certain you'll be able to find your perfect doors. We also offer free colour swatches and have sample-sized doors available for purchase so that you can take a closer look at styles and finishes before you buy, or find a match for your existing doors. Unfortunately, however, we are unable to make doors to your specific design.
-
Do you offer matching accessories?Yes! We have a large range of colour-matched accessories - cornice, pelmet, plinth (also known as kickboard) - as well as handles, hinges, drawer boxes, ClicBox cabinets, and more. You can view our full range of matching accessories from any door product page.
-
Are the colours the same in person as they are online? We make every effort to ensure the colours on our website are displayed as accurately as possible. However, depending on the device or screen you use to browse the site, it's likely there will be some variation. We strongly recommend ordering colour swatches before you place your final order, especially if you're looking to match some existing doors. You can have up to three swatches absolutely free of charge.
-
Can you match doors from Wickes, IKEA, and other places? If you need to replace just a few doors and need them to match an existing design, the best thing to do is send some photos of your existing doors to our Customer Service team. -
What's the best way to find a match for my existing doors? The best way to match new doors with doors you already have is to send us some clear photos of your current doors and drawer-fronts. Our Customer Account Managers have a wealth of knowledge and experience and will be able to help you find the perfect match.

Do you sell glass doors? We have a range of open-framed doors ready for you to add your own glass - unfortunately we are unable to provide the glass itself. We also have a video guide in our HelpZone on how to glaze your open-framed doors, so there's no need to worry about getting it wrong!

How much is a standard door? With so many sizes, colours and styles, there isn't really a "standard" price of a door. Our average price for a plain white door at 715mm by 496mm is £57.49 inc VAT, but you can get the specific price for individual doors on our website or by contacting us directly.
-
Do your doors come with a guarantee?Yes - all our Cambio and Legato doors come with a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee. Our Trends, Visions, Integrity and Clarity doors come with a 6-year manufacturer's guarantee. All our Vivo, Lucente, Cartmel and Chartwell doors also come with a 6-year guarantee. Our discontinued Bella and Zurfiz doors also have up to a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee, depending on date of purchase. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for details.
-
Does the picture show a door and drawer separately or is that how all doors come? The majority of our images show the door and drawer-front together, so that you can see how they will look when fitted as a set. But doors and drawer-fronts come separately so will need to be ordered as individual items.
-
What's the difference between High Gloss doors and Ultragloss doors? The main difference is that doors described as High Gloss are made from MDF and wrapped in vinyl, while doors described as Ultragloss are made from MDF with an acrylic layer on top. This means that High Gloss doors have a slightly softer shine, while Ultragloss doors are harder to the touch and have an almost mirror-like shine. High Gloss doors also tend to be slightly cheaper than Ultragloss doors, but this isn't always the case so we recommend getting a quote before you buy.
-
Can I give measurements in inches or centimetres? We need all measurements in millimetres, so we can't take them in inches or centimetres. If you need help with measuring, we have video guides and a free downloadable book available - visit our HelpZone.

Do you sell worktops? We specialise in doors, drawer-fronts and door accessories like handles and hinges, so unfortunately we don't sell worktops.
